Talk about a funeral for a friend, Halo 2 is one of the most important games of all time. Not because it was amazing or anything, but it revolutionized online gaming on consoles. It single-handedly put XBox Live on the map, and carried the XBox from being Microsoft’s PS2 rip-off to being a competent and capable gaming system with innovation of its own.
I spent a lot of time playing Halo 2 back in the day, and on April 14th/15th, I played as much as I could before the XBox Live switch got flipped. Yeah, I could play Halo 2 Vista, but it’s not the same. Not the same at all.
And I don’t care what TDE says, I thought Gamer Fuel was Delicious.
