With light blue-grey colored eyes that look like the afternoon sky just before a summer rainstorm, long (natural) light-colored strawberry blonde hair that reaches her bottom rib, and pale skin with few freckles, she is an unusual piece of DNA. She's about 5'8" and is a little underweight for her height, not that it shows in her appearance. She never paints her nails, and the makeup she wears is minimal; she likes the 'almost natural' look best. She has the 'innocent while managing to look quite attractive' look, with a tasteful amount of cleavage in civilian-wear, and small hands and feet. As for piercings, she has three cartilage piercings, to on her right ear and one on her left, a navel piercing and a horizontal tongue piercing near the tip of her tongue. She doesn't have any tattoos, but plans on getting a few later on.
Clothing: Outside of her suit, her clothing is regular civilian-wear, with the exception of her hat, which is of militia-make. The usual outfit is layered aeropostale, fitch, and mossimo brand-name clothing, and some beanie-type hat or other. She also tends to wear different scarves and gloves, depending on what she feels like at the moment. As per jewelry, it tends to be minimal, a plain barbell for the cartilage, navel and tongue piercings, and colored studs for the lower lobe piercings. She usually has a necklace of some sort on, but never any rings or bracelets, they might get in the way.
Personality: She's bright and cheery, nothing that you'd suspect of a sniper, but once she's put into a bad situation, or one that requires the most severity, she will calm down and put on her serious face until the job's done. She's child-like with an effervescent optimism that is almost impossible to change. She also has the habit of getting songs stuck in her head and singing them under her breath or humming them and playing with her piercings in public. She doesn't have a very active sense of dignity (i.e. the scratching/messing with her piercings in public, singing random songs, etc). While she's old enough to drink, she's one who abstains from smoking or drinking; anything that changes her ability to make decisions and whatnot. When she's behind the gun, she's serious, goal-driven and very competitive. If there's anything that she takes pride in, it would be her ability to snipe.
Skills: She's excellent at running and her speed is almost unparalleled. Also, she excels at hiding and sniping.
Background: She's an only child who hasn't been through as much as some (Many deaths in the family, etc), but what happened in her life affected her deeply(such as family illnesses, school, etc.). While growing up in her younger years, she was always participating in soccer and karate, but as she got older, her interests leaned towards long-distance running, and the whole track & field thing. Since she was so dedicated to her academics and athletics, this meant that she didn't have much time for socializing outside of school and her sports. Surprisingly, this didn't hinder her social development, but it did create a need to please others and increase her competitive nature. When she did have free time, she played manhunt and other hide-and-go-seek type games, that, as she grew older, upgraded to paint-ball guns, BB-guns and her father decided to take her to 'the range', as he called it. He taught her how to take her time in aiming and shooting the target, and that with the right gun, you could hit almost anything. He taught her this mostly to protect herself should she be in a dangerous situation and have a gun at her disposal. He had a hint here and there about where her interests were taking her in life, but ignored them, thinking that these activities were just 'hobbies' and nothing to be concerned about.
Her whole life, she was always trying to please somebody. In her younger-high school years, she was trying to please her parents with her grades, her coaches and teammates with her times/throw distances, and she did very little to please herself aside from reading. In school, her worst subject was advanced math and the advanced physics, because of all the formulas.
As she turned 21, she graduated from college and made it a point to get noticed by recruiters. Her parents didn't like this, but once they saw how determined she was to do this, they supported her. Finally, she was actively recruited for Project EPSILON because she's a sharp-shooter who was quickly found to have 'eagle-eyes'(able to see both very far and to notice things quickly), and the skills to become a potentially excellent sniper.

Physical Description:The I.Y.F. II is a Frankenstein of older scout sirens and their leftover parts. Most of the parts are from the I.Y.F the first that were 'recycled' and combined with parts of other crashed or the leftover bits of units that were retired. As there are many different parts that make up this siren, it takes a little elbow-grease to keep it up to par with what's expected of it.

She added her own little touch to this rifle by doodling some flowers and swirly designs all over the gun with nail polish and some random paints she found.

She added her own personal touch to this gun as well by adding a pikachu cell phone charm to the handle...She thinks it's cute.
