It looks like it'll be an average game, I'm guessing a fraction of of the motivation behind it is that cartoon network wants to earn profits similar to the stuff Disney's making off ToonTown. However I do think that by the looks of it they (CN) might grab some more mature players also. In addition the trailer I found on Youtube.com for it made me want to laugh out loud. Whether this is a good or bad thing is debatable.

The manga looks like it's trying to blend in Speed Racer style anime/manga, golden age american comics, and siveral classic cartoons. (The first one to spring to mind is Space Ghost)

It may be decent, it may be horrible, it may make us want to scream to the world how amazing it is. I just can't tell from the information given.

My fault. I had forgotten about all the Disney ones. Especially KH. Never saw Legend of the Chaos God so I wouldn't know. xD;

That's cause, it's not OUT yet. Ergo, all the WTF'S!?

Eh, basically, it's another Don't Knock It Till You Try It moments. Hell, I know I was skeptical about the PPGD when I first saw it.

Art style doesn't look as good as PPGZ. I don't like the art style at all, actually.

When I heard about the CN MMO I thought, might be good, until I saw the first trailer. It made me want to poke my eyes out.

If I am correct the game's about some booger consuming worlds, and you have to stop it.

I'd rather have it they kept each CN character as they looked like in the originals. It looks too much as a Bleedman. Disney's Kingdom Hearts did manage to blend in everything in one style while still retaining the original designs. Nowhere do Donald and Goofy look out of place, not even at Port Royal. If Cartoon Network had put more work into it, they could have kept the original designs while still keeping it one style.

Right now I don't have the feeling I'll be playing a Cartoon Network game, just a game with characters based on ones from Cartoon Network, or a Bleedman fangame. And that very same feeling I have with the comics.

Only I really don't like the style they picked.

I like Bleedman's style. It's just that you can see that it's a fancomic, not some highly professional stuff.

That very same feeling I have with the whole FusionFall project, both the manga and the game. Especially the game.

I can't believe that I want to buy a CN game. They always suck, but this one looks different because it has the PPGD idea.
I can't say that they stole it because after all PPGD is a comic made with THE CHARACTERS OF OTHER PEOPLE (fancomic).

Fair enough. Since a Fan comic isn't as restricted to Copyrights, Censorship and such, they can let there imagination's take them anywhere. But that's what has to be remembered here, they Are restricted to such, so it shouldn't be judged just because they took a professional turn to it.

They still must be creative enough to turn this problem around into a winner. Otherwise, why bother creating it?
