Hmm...so far you have:

Charizard
Adamant
Rock slide
Steel wing
Heat wave
Fly

Venasuar
Serious
Frenzy plant
Giga drain
Earthquake
Sludge bomb

Ttar
Mild
Dark pulse
Rockslide
Earthquake
Blizzard

Lanturn
Bashful
Thunderbolt
Charge
Ice beam
Surf

Lanturn is an interesting choice. Its the only Electric/Water type besides Rotom-W. Its only weaknesses are Ground and Grass. But bashful does nothing. Charge isn't that useful. You may want to give it Thunder Wave instead. Surf is a strong STAB move, but Scald can burn. I feel Lanturn is more of a support Pokemon and not a sweeper. Ice Beam could be replaced with Heal Bell.

And the other two?

Most of those moves are TMs. Just capture a Pokemon, teach that TM, and there you go, a Heart Scale.

Also, try this page:

All you need to know to have a killer team.

Lucario

Or

Medicham
Psychic
hi-jump kick
Thunderpunch
Calm mind

Theres a girl who asks you for specific moves. If you show her that move/attack, you get a heart scale

A mixed Flygon with Modest Nature? You are aware that if your Flygon is Modest, the Special Attacks are the ones that receive benefits over the Attack, right?

And Dig? That move is just plain bad, good old Earthquake will work better, but I strongly recommend you to get a new Flygon.

And seriously, check out Smogon, it will make miracles for your team.

Hmm...Honestly you might as well start over with new Pokemon. Your natures are hurting your Pokemon more than your movesets. S-Sorry.

Do you know what IVs and EVs are?

I never focus on personalities. All of that is more trouble than it's worth, imo.

Yes, i know all about the hidden elements of training. Im one of those pricks who trains what looks cool. But I also pay attention to typing. The one rule I follow is this:

NO SINGLE TYPES
The only exceptions aremy Raichu, luxray, theoccasional. Alakasam or typhlosion.
And this is my first team of legit lv 100 so im working on newer pokem, previously mentioned

It's not really that hard.

Now... a Shiny Pokemon with good IVs and the Nature you want... that's actually quite a challenge.

Magnezone is an acceptable choice, Exeggutor hasn't aged well if you ask me. Doesn't helps that it is both Grass and Psychic, which means it has the most weaknesses in the game.

So you will have the IV you want, two random IVs from the parents, and three completely random IVs. Hope that helps. It's still pretty hard to get the Hidden Power you want, but this could really help you out.

That actually does help me understand more about IVs. But then that causes another issue, since if I'm using the EV-training items for both pokemon, I'm out of using either the incense (for if I need to make another Roserade from a Budew instead of from a Roselia) or a king's rock for the nature. Getting better IVs is probably a better trade off from king's rock, but still urks me I can't get it all.

Also, it does make a difference to the stats if I raise my Roserade from a Budew instead of a Roseelia, right?

Quiet nature benefits Special Attack over Speed, I wouldn't recommend you to use a Gengar with such nature. Thanks to it's horrible Defense and Special Defense stats, Speed must always be a priority when using Gengar. Try a Modest or Timid one.

Weavile is my favorite Pokemon, so I would strongly recommend you an Adamant or Jolly one.

Not that I'm aware of.

Also, you shouldn't use EV-enhancing items in both parents. Only with one, otherwise, it will randomly choose one of the parents, and it will inherit that IV. When I breed my Pokemons, I usually give the mother an Everstone, and the father the EV-enhancing item.

Oh right, everstone... My mistake. Also, thanks. That's much more of a relief hearing that.

Houndoom can be a pretty cool Pokemon, but it has a horrible Defense, so always watch that. My Weavile uses Focus Sash, so it didn't matter if his Houndoom attacked me, it would survive, so I used Brick Break. Much to my surprise, Houndoom fell with a single attack, so again, always watch that.

Mamoswine is actually a pretty good one, thanks to it's great Attack stat, and the fact that it can learn Ice Shard, which is a priority move, will give you a huge advantage, especially when fighting against Dragon types.

I've never used Camerupt, so I really can't say about this on.

Kingdra is a pretty great Pokemon if you have a water team. Get a Politoed with Drizzle, and I guarantee you it will outspeed everything. Not in the mood for a Water team? Still, Kingdra is pretty great thanks to the fact that it resists almost everything.

As for Crobat, I wanted one in my team, but found Staraptor more attractive thanks to the fact that it can Intimidate the opponent. Both are pretty good, choose anyone you want.

I've always sort of found myself getting a favorite electric type in each gen (and remake) since gen 3.

First it was Manetric, then Luxray, then Ampharos, then Zebstrika. Out of these guys I like Zebstrika. Come on, electric zebra. That's just too cool. But does Zebstrika have good enough playability for serious battling?

It has pretty decent stats, and it can surprise the opponent thanks to the fact that it can learn Fire moves, like Flame Charge or Overheat. Great Speed, if you use Life Orb or Choice Specs, I can guarantee your opponent will have a hard time with it.

Personally, my favorite Electric type will always be Raichu.

For some reason he also can survive pretty well. Being able to boost my speed/Sp.D while also attacking/charging my other attacks is nice with Flame Charge and Charge. I have my Zebstrika pretty balanced despite not having proper EV training.
