My Weavile moveset.

Jolly Nature
- Ice Punch
- Ice Shard
- Brick Break
- Pursuit

Although Ice Shard and Ice Punch appears to be a weird combination, it actually works pretty well, especially when the opponent uses attacks to raise his/her speed.

To be honest, every Pokemon has many strengths and weaknesses. You could even have the exact same team that the world champion has. I could recommend you stuff, but until you start playing against your friends or online, you'll truly know what's good for your team.

Remember to EV train, get the right nature, etc.



I've heard that's a killer set! Wouldn't mind using it, but I just can't replace any move from my Weavile with Swords Dance.

Hopefully one day I can use Baton Pass and send it to my Weavile.

Baton Pass is perhaps one of the best moves in the whole game. Technically, if you raise a stat, you will pass it to another Pokemon, which can really define the whole battle.

For example, I used Swords Dance with my Scizor, and Vaporeon uses Scald against me. Fuck! I get burned, meaning that my attack will be halved. Well, I keep using Swords Dance until I can't raise my Attack anymore, and then use Baton Pass. I choose Arcanine, and there you go, you get an Arcanine with 6+ attack and no Burn. Your opponent is pretty fucked!

While not a mandatory move, I strongly recommend it, especially with Pokemons like Vaporeon with Acid Armor and Substitute (you can also transfer the Substitute), Scizor with Agility and Swords Dance, Smeargle with Moody ability, and pretty much everything you want (Focus Sash is mandatory in him thanks to his horribly defenses), but I strongly recommend Shell Smash, Ninjask with Speed Boost and Swords Dance, Togekiss with Nasty Plot, etc.

Pretty useful move, don't you think?

Only Snorlax, Gligar and Zangoose have Immunity. I wouldn't use any of them in my team.

Thick Fat is way better, especially if you are using Mamoswine. More protection against Fire type moves.

The only reason i would use a snorlax is as a place holder or for the lulz.
I realize docile is a poor nature, but whatmoves should iteach my i nferape (strongly defiant)

Docile is a poor nature because there are no benefits to any stat, so I wouldn't recommend you that nature. Infernape you say? How about a Jolly or Adamant one? His speed and attack are pretty good, so take that into consideration.

-Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Mach Punch
-U-Turn

I sort of thought that was the use of baton pass... I never looked into it, but there had to be some benefit to it, so that was my best guess. So that's pretty interesting. I'm not sure how I'd work that into my team though if I wanted to.
